  • 9:45 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. Emburse Session
  • 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Purchasing/Receiving Session
  • 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch Break (on your own)
  • 1:15 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. Accounts Payable Session
  • 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Budget and Accounting Overview
  • 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. When is a certificate of insurance required.  Session hosted by Risk Management *NEW*
The purpose of these workshops is to help everyone understand how to close out the year from the following departments.
