Get Game Tickets Institutional Review Board (IRB) Scheduled Meeting Dates
As a general rule, meetings will be held on the 3rd Friday of every month, unless otherwise indicated.
11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Protocols that must undergo full board review must be submitted at least one month in advance as indicated below. To minimize revisions and resubmissions, investigators are encouraged to schedule a meeting with the IRB office to discuss their study prior to protocol submission.

Investigators may be invited to present their full board study at the IRB meeting. If you would like to attend a meeting when your study is being discussed, please notify the IRB Research Administrator in advance of the meeting date by email at irb@tamusa.edu.
